Where does your nickname „Adrenaline“ come from?
Hehehehe is a old story it was my first bjj tournement and i said all the time to Ivan:“ hey man i have so much adrenaline, i have so much adrenaline.“ He was all the time laughing to me and after he told this story to Augusto, and then the story was spread very fast and I never lost the name adrenaline :D
What are your goals for 2010 in Sports?
Hmmm is a very good question i wanna do some MMA fights this year and i will keep my white vest clean in my mma record 2-0 and win some BJJ tournements
What do you work?
I have now 2 jobs i work as a Security in a night club and in a Communication company (Sunrise) and work there in the Billing and Collection section
What sports have you done before?
I played a long time soccer before and was a goal keeper there
What is BJJ/MMA standing for you?
BJJ is the discipline and maked me a better person. MMA ist the part you have to be serious and very professional. I think BJJ and MMA helps your life to be better in everything.
Favourite BJJ Technique:
I think the guys in our team know what it is :D it is the arm bar
In MMA: You like more to grapple on the ground or to bang on the feet?
hehehehe I like to bang in the stand-up game, but the way I win the fight is the ground, thats what we train every day and thats why i use the ground in MMA.
How you merge you job with BJJ/MMA and how you do with the time schedule?
I try do separate both from each to other. I think thats two diffrent worlds. Oh yes, and the time :D I have a very short free time, but I love to train and like to see the results of my hard work. The results and the love of this sport motivates me to do this every new day once again.
What is your biggest win in your career?
That’s easy: I didn’t had a lot fights, but the win against the student of Gary Goodridge ( Andrew McMichael ) was a huge success in Holland for me
Do you have a message for your team friends?
Lets try to do like my slogan : Train hard and win easy. I think it’s a good slogan and (it’s true) :D peace out and take care.
