The Frota-Team increases the already very high training capacity with two trainings at noon.

Every Monday and Wednesday Alfred Sutter is giving BJJ class at 12.15h in the Asia Sport Center. Please be advised that this is only for people who are already Frota-Team members and it is under the Asia Sport contract.

As a member, feel free to participate every monday and wednesday in the BJJ classes at noon!
