In the television broadcast „Heimspiel“ from Telebasel, we could see an exclusive interview with Augusto Frota under the subject „Banker, Familyfather and Ultimate-Fighter“. The broadcast was mostly about Augustos commitment for MMA, his job and his family and was aired on primetime of the 16th of march 2009 by Telebasel.

He explains the basics of Mixed Martial Arts, that it is a sort of triathlon in martial arts, where you have to combine different styles. It is a hard and demanding sport, but connected with very strict rules and needs a lot of discipline and effort.

The report clarifies a lot of prejudices about MMA and was made with an open mind and fair view of this interessting sport by Andy Klossner (Telebasel). Besides inside views of Augustos private life and his job, there’s also some good footage of Augustos fights and daily training of a MMA fighter.
